OnAsset's RFID Inventory Control system is a comprehensive tracking solution that enables companies to know the location of their products within the supply chain. Products currently managed by this system include items as small as taps, dyes, and screws to those so large they need to be grouped and shipped via palettes.

AccuTracker™
Accutracker is an inventory management software package that works with bar code and RFID technologies. When used with RFID, AccuTracker is a truly hands-free system that eliminates the need for handheld scanners or handwritten logs.

R-Box™
R-Box middleware bridges the gap between RFID devices and the AccuTracker inventory management platform. When an HF or UHF interrogator receives a signal from an RFID transponder, the data is fed from the reader to the R-Box software. R-Box translates the information into a format that is recognized by AccuTracker and the system is updated.

Dual-Frequency RFID
OnAsset utilizes both HF and UHF RFID readers to track personnel and equipment movements. The items are outfitted with UHF Gen 2 RFID transponders and personnel are given a HF transponder creating a parent/child relationship upon entering a RFID chokepoint.

Access Control and Security
This system can also be used as a way of restricting access to certain areas. Magnetic locks and cameras are integrated into the solution for security during twenty-four-hour access. AccuTracker will verify information and allow access. If an employee tries to circumvent the system, a photo is taken and sent as part of the daily reports.

Link Multiple Facilities
The Inventory Control System can be used as an enterprise-wide tool, linking up multiple site locations. This way you can easily know where your products are when they move between warehouses, retail stores or office locations.
